Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Exceptions: Fine-art prints (find more info in the section on non-returnable items).

To start a return, you need to contact us at urbartho@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Fine-art prints: If a print is damaged or the order is defective in some way, we will send a replacement print free of charge, and also cover the delivery costs of a replacement. For that, send us an email with your order number and images of the packaging, the print, and the certificate of authenticity to urbartho@gmail.com. We will get the replacement arranged asap.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Fine-art prints: Refunds are not accepted as these are limited edition prints. However, if you do not like it for some reason or you realize your print does not match your home decor, you can exchange it for a different one of equal value. For that, you will have 14 days to contact us starting from the date of delivery. We will arrange the exchange, and you just need to cover the shipping costs.

The print packaging is very tough and capable of surviving the roughest shipping journeys. In the unlikely event that your print arrives with any damage, we will replace it free of charge. Find more info in the section above: Damages and issues.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, too.
